I provide in-person sessions by appointment only and I provide telehealth to anyone in Indiana by appointment. I have worked as a private practitioner since 1994, before that, I advocated and lobbied for social services for my clients, I ran a BB/BS program for kids, and then went into private practice where I worked in Greenwood, IN, and Bloomington, IN. I work with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families, who are experiencing a wide range of symptoms including infidelity, breakdowns in communication, high functioning Autism, trauma, sexual abuse issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and grief. I have extensively researched issues and stressors that today's LGBTQ+ clients and families may be experiencing, and work with transgender clients to gain the appropriate gender affirming care.

She was diagnosed with Bipolar I and had several suicide attempts. She could externalize her mania and use fitness and wellness to push through her episodes. She is happy and healthy and uses her experiences to help others. My services involve psychotherapy using techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), with a trauma-informed framework.
