Dr. Bruchauser-Sarna received her Master's and Doctorate at Midwestern University in Downer's Grove. Her areas of interest include anxiety, depression, ADHD, learning disorders, neurological disorders, as well as an array of medical ailments including pain, diabetes, cancer, and weight management. Dr. Bruchauser-Sarna is skilled in neuropsychological/psychological assessment, in addition to individual and couples therapy.

I take a holistic approach to clients. I work with clients using an integrated approach focusing on symptom management and working towards goals to help clients reach their full potential. Johanna Kasperski earned her master’s degree in counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2015. She has several years of experience in counseling adults with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, issues related to coping with life and career changes, and family distress. She is an EMDR therapist.

Rebecca is a graduate of Adler University Chicago. In addition to being a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, she is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Rebecca views the therapeutic process as a holistic experience and is constantly inspired by the courage of the clients she works with. Rebecca has extensive experience working as a Personal Trainer with a specialization in disability, illness, disease and health related issues. Therefore, she strongly believes in the mind-body connection and that change is possible in any situation. Rebecca is also working towards her certification in EMDR and Equine Therapy.

My counseling approach emphasizes how all individuals have the capabilities to live life authentically and with reduced stress. My goal is to help you utilize your strengths to achieve positive self-change and growth through the many transitions in life. I provide counseling for adults, couples, and older adults experiencing depression, low self esteem, anxiety, parental difficulties, relationship problems, substance abuse, anger, and stress related symptoms. I have training in teaching relaxation techniques and anger management skills including deep breathing and systematic desensitization.
