Welcome! I am a licensed therapist at Lotus Therapy Group in Frankfort, IL. I have almost nine years of experience working in the mental health field. I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I work with preteens, teens, and adults as well as with couples and families. I am fully trained in EMDR and I also utilize the treatment modalities of DBT and ACT. Through my work as a therapist, my goal is to help you work through your difficulties, manage emotions and thoughts in healthy ways, and develop adaptive coping skills.
