Therapeutic approaches include utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused, Mindfulness, and Client-centered approaches to treatment.
I am experienced in working with multicultural populations and incorporate cultural sensitivity within the therapeutic process. I am fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
