Olive Branch Counseling Associates serves the counseling and psychotherapy needs of children, adolescents and adults, offering individual sessions,couples, families and groups. Olive Branch Counseling provides treatment for those struggling with anxiety and depression as well as attention deficit and eating disorders, to name just a few topics we address. We offer help with relationship problems between couples, families and parent/child difficulties. We provide communication and anger management counseling/skills training.
Olive Branch Counseling offers many services, including faith-based counseling. Our clinical staff is comprised of persons of faith. We do not use our counseling services to evangelize; it is always the client's choice whether or not to discuss matters of faith.

Finding Identity through Motherhood

This 8- week in person group is a skills-based group that assists mothers in maintaining boundaries, creating a self-care routine, and coping with symptoms of anxiety and depression through peer support. Whether this is your first child or fourth life after a newborn can be hectic and mothers have struggled with maintaining their sense of self post-partum. The group will be led by Licensed Professional Counselor Kayla Lucas who has experience in working in maternal mental health, lactation support and lived experience.
