I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and CAADC in Illinois with over 13 years of experience in diagnosing and treating clients with mental health, addiction and life changes along with female issues and court ordered clients. Within the past nine years I have devoted my time working with incarcerated males and using my skills to assist in reframing the narrative/journey you wish to acquire. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, problems with achievement and unhealthy coping with professional stress. I will help you feel like you are heard and your problems are understood. We'll work together to help determine what tools or skills you will need to overcome the emotions that may be keeping you from living the life you want. I'll help you build your skills to overcome what has previously held you back. I work with people from a variety of backgrounds including people who work in healthcare, business, law, technology, engineering, and students (high school through graduate school).

Jesse Belle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the Rockford area. She works with a variety of clients across the lifespan including children, adolescents and adults, and has worked as a therapist in child welfare, schools, and as a trauma educator. She takes a nurturing and strength-based approach to treat trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, abuse, foster care and adoption, communication and social skill building, sibling issues, self-esteem issues, and attachment-related issues through uses of trauma-informed therapy, EMDR, play therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, movement, CBT, and evidence-based therapies.

Welcome! We provide traditional and holistic healing for mind, body & spirit health. We work with individuals, couples, families & groups age 5 and up. The facility is located on a main street with free parking. This is a private practice with a private waiting room in a very comfortable & soothing setting. Look for the yellow house with raspberry trim. Hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and from 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. When you call, we will do a brief intake, verify your insurance benefits & schedule your first appointment. We do not have a waiting list and can schedule your first appointment within the same week.

These difficult and unprecedented times are causing an increase in anxiety and depression. I am a Christian who is a counselor. I work with people of all faiths as well as those who do not have any particular spiritual viewpoint. It is my aim to treat all of my clients with compassion and integrity. Todd uses therapeutic techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which help his clients connect the emotional dots and live life with fewer regrets. Most of our feelings and actions are based upon our thinking patterns and experience filters. Identifying distortions in these thoughts and replacing them with healthier alternatives has been the cornerstone of his clients' success. He specializes in discovering client insight enabling men, women, and adolescent boys navigate through life's many situations and relationships.
