I take an integrated approach to counseling but am based in a logotherapeutic and Existential Psychotherapeutic theoretical orientation. I utilize these approaches while incorporating concepts from therapies such as Somatic and Emotion Focused therapy. Additionally, I am currently practicing EMDR.
