Finding a balance in life can be challenging, these days. In our complex world and demanding lives, we often find ourselves with feelings of stress, anxiety and depression without knowing how to cope. As a psychotherapist, I can help identify the root causes and how to manage them with a full assessment, diagnosis and treatment plan. I don't believe that one therapeutic approach fits all. I take an eclectic approach to therapy.
