We all struggle at different points in life. There are times when we need support to gain perspective and make changes in order to find peace. I help adults and teens work through a variety of concerns regarding anxiety and depression, life changes, life optimization, intimacy, relationships and past trauma. Together we work collaboratively to identify your own goals and develop skills for managing these challenges. Through a trusting therapeutic relationship, my goal is to help you to find self-understanding and identify the barriers that are standing in the way of your ability to enjoy life.
As a clinical psychologist, my training is founded on a practitioner-scientist model. My treatment approach is insight-oriented and psychodynamic, incorporating dreamwork, EMDR and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to identify and realign harmful thought patterns while also addressing how our bodies physically respond to prolonged stress.
As Co-Owner of Associates in Family Psychology, I work with my colleagues to provide quality care where integrity and trust are top priorities. Our mission is to help you gain insight, self-acceptance and fulfillment in your relationships, and the skills needed to thrive and succeed in life.
