This leads to more stress, anxiety, and a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction with life. There is a way through all this.
I am committed to understanding and connecting with your experience. I have integrated 20 years of Buddhist Dharma, more than a decade of clinical practice in various settings, and insights from existential psychology. My approach is unique, personalized, and holistic.
