I am a trauma therapist committed to helping those who have experienced past traumas or adverse experiences grow and recover. My work focuses on understanding how past experiences effect our daily lives, so you can cope, heal, and be the best version of yourself. I use EMDR, Somatic Therapy (Sensorimotor), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, & Motivational Interviewing. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist.
