I greatly enjoy working with adults on issues including relationships, anger, communications, anxiety, stress coping, grief, substance abuse, parenting, and mild to moderate depression. In fact, while I was an 18/19-year-old college student, I saw a counselor at my college for anger and depression and it made an incredible, positive difference in my life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arkansas. I offer video telehealth services to Arkansas residents in an inviting, professional environment. I see clients ages 18 years and older. I work with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, issues unique to military, life adjustments and stress, couples counseling, divorce and co-parenting, and uncomplicated substance abuse disorders.
