I provide treatment for a wide variety of individual mental health diagnoses in teens and adults ranging from major depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, anger management, partner relational problems, and psychotic disorders. I have also taught process and skills development groups in: communication, anger management, stress management, relationship skills, recovery, DBT, and relapse prevention.

Kirsten works with people who want to learn how to cope more effectively with stress, sadness, grief and loss, and anxiety. Kirsten loves to travel alongside LGBTQ folks as they find ways to reach their hopes and dreams for the future. Kirsten feels most effective working with people ages 9 and up. She especially enjoys helping teenagers and their families, and she also enjoys working with adults. Kirsten has been instrumental in developing and growing two pediatric gender clinics in Arkansas over the past 4 years to provide comprehensive care to transgender and non-binary youth and their families in our state.

I have been working in the mental health field since 2002. I have been nationally certified since 2004. I am EMDR certified, EMDRIA approved Consultant, and EMDR Trainer. I use a trauma-focused approach to treatment because it is a very holistic approach to care (body, mind, and emotional reactions to stress). I prefer to work with adolescents and adults in therapy services. I also offer consultation services for therapists and other mental health providers. I received my credential to be an EMDR trainier on 9/12/2023 and offer both online and in-person trainings.

Linda is a Licensed Professional Counselor that treats teens, adults, and couples through difficult situations, relationship problems, trauma, grief and loss to restore their emotional health. With compassion and non-judgmental care Linda works with her clients to diminish doubt and worry and instill hope and healing. Linda has a unique understanding of the mind body connection and the life-style and emotional difficulties associated with managing chronic mental and physical illnesses, and the stress of care giving responsibilities.

Tara Davis is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Tech-Assisted Counseling Certified (TACC) provider who works with adults and seniors seeking to better cope with anger management, stress management, low self-esteem, abuse, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, psychosis, and more. She strives to help others to find happiness and direction by using empathy and acceptance to assist the client in learning how to utilize the tools that they need to heal and find peace again.

We believe there is hope and positive change possible for each individual and family. Through faith-based counseling, we strive to empower clients to find Peace of Mind, knowing that many individual and family burdens can be relieved through the collaborative relationship working with a trained counselor. Our team has worked to obtain certificates in trauma assessment & interventions as well as acute stress, grief, loss, complex trauma, relational issues, religious wounding, substance abuse and crisis. These extra trainings have included specific measures that are necessary for work with the veteran and active military community.

Pam Giardina, LCSW, comes with thirty years of experience working with children and families facing stress. She spent twenty-five years as a Child Life Specialist at Arkansas Children's Hospital helping children and families cope with trauma, hospitalization, surgical procedures, and chronic illnesses. Obtaining a masters degree in social work was a way to develop and utilize her extensive experience outside of the acute care environment. She now uses evidenced-based therapies to help children, adults, and families with trauma including sexual abuse, physical abuse, life-changing accidents, and death.

In today's world of stress and global issues, I want you to know that I am walking this journey with you. I have over 20 years experience in mental health across both community and inpatient settings. I own a private practice in Maumelle, Arkansas (Comprehensive Health Psychology & Testing) and provide tele-mental health across most state lines with licensure in Florida, Missouri, and PSYPACT credential. My treatment focus is strength-based on health and behavior change. I take an inquisitive and insight oriented approach, which I believe can empower you to obtain your best physical, mental, and emotional health.
