Counseling should be a place we feel safe and not judged. I specialize in anxiety disorders, trauma, and addiction but work with a range of issues in adolescents and adults. I am trained in EMDR therapy as well as attachment theory and have a passion for helping people find their inner strengths in order to live a happier and healthier life. I aim to empower my clients to learn to care for themselves and heal their nervous system.
