I specialize in relationship issues, stress, anger management, anxiety, and loss. With children/teens, I help with ADHD, impulse control, and behavioral conflict at school and home. I specialize in treating adults and children who have suffered trauma to include physical and sexual abuse. I am trained in EMDR and I am a Registered Play Therapist. I use both forms of therapy with most of my clients. In addition I also counsel clients with issues such as adjustment, attachment, divorce, death and loss, learning disorders, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, self-esteem, social skills, body image, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, and autism-spectrum disorders.

I counsel women and adolescent girls with issues to include, depression, post-partum depression, anxiety, relationship issues, coping skills, self-esteem, communication issues, grief, parenting, self-harming behaviors, suicidal ideation and situational stress.
