I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have a background in community mental health. I have experience with a variety of diagnoses ranging from anxiety to schizophrenia. I have a passion for trauma but enjoy working with a variety of issues. I am eclectic with my approach and like to meet the client where they are at by utilizing various therapeutic modalities. I also consider myself very solution-focused and there's nothing more satisfying than having the privilege of walking with my clients on their journey to reach their goals.

As a Parent Child Interaction therapist, I believe the child, through their relationship with their caregiver, comes to form an appropriate understanding of their world and of themselves. I help the child understand their world through collaboration with their caregivers. Of utmost importance is the quality of the relationship between the child and their caregivers.

I am trained in emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman method, and the use of EMDR and hypnotherapy, as well as various counseling techniques, such as CBT.
