I am a therapist who integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques and systems theories into my clinical treatment of children, adolescents, and college students. Because I greatly value interdisciplinary work, I strive for successful collaboration with social workers, physicians, and educators in the provision of holistic behavioral healthcare for my clients. With a deep appreciation for the family system I partner with the important people in a child's life who often influence and affect their behavior through modeling and other relational processes. By providing concrete parenting strategies that increase self-efficacy, I aim to reduce disruptive behaviors & improve parent-child relationships.

The Trap House of Healing is an unapologetic urbanized practice for Black families to be seen, heard, and supported. The THoH was founded on the principles of building community by integrating Black culture, trap music, and holistic work to help heal those in need.
