I am a certified facilitator for several evidence-based relationship-building inventory programs that help reduce vulnerability of a failed relationship. Research shows that most people wait until they are six years into a relationship before they reach for the help, direction, and support they need. I help intentional couples build resilient bonds by more deeply understanding one another through learning & practicing tools to enrich their relationship.

In life it can feel like there are many barriers we have to break through. We feel like all the pressure is on us and sometimes we do not feel supported, seen, or understood. We may doubt ourselves. We have the pressure of career, children (postpartum and fertility), relationships, and it can be exhausting, not to mention overwhelming. Also, military families experience that at a double rate! However, we do not have to break those barriers down alone! Our goal is to help our clients understand self-love, compassion, and assist in problem solve and create a safe space to overcome the barriers in life.

I appreciate working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I use an eclectic approach that tailors the therapeutic process to the unique needs of each client. I have experience treating adolescents, teens, and adults that are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, suicidal ideation, life transitions and self-esteem. I enjoy helping teens with developing future goals for college and career readiness and transitioning into adulthood.
