Paula O’Leary is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has worked in the mental health field for 15 years in a variety of settings, including outpatient, school, community-based, residential, hospital, and correctional settings. Paula specializes in treating depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, substance use, and other issues. She completed her master's degree at Cardinal Stritch University. Paula has also completed additional training in trauma and has obtained certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).

I love working with adult clients in areas of identity, relationships, stress/anxiety, family of origin issues, and substance use. I also help traditional and non-traditional couples address issues of communication while fostering mutual love, care, trust, and respect and restoring harmony in relationships. Sara Kuntz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 10 years of professional experience working with clients of all ages who are struggling to manage conditions or issues related to postpartum depression, academic-related problems, low self-esteem, sex, sexual orientation, chronic stress, and women’s issues. Sara graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy from Seton Hill University and continued her education, receiving her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University, as well.

Ashley Crouch is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is nationally certified (LPC-NCC) with more than 7 years of experience working with couples, children, teens, and adults. Ashley can help individuals or couples to better cope with the effects of anxiety, depression, ADHD, anger, family dynamics, marriage issues, life transitional difficulties, low self-esteem, women's issues, and much more. Ashley earned her Master’s degree in Mental Health Clinical Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary.

I aim to provide an open and safe environment to address various issues that may arise in one’s life. My specialty population is couples and families, as I have personally experienced the effects of coming from a broken home, as well as surviving a chaotic family environment. I have 17 years of experience working with children and over 12 years of experience working with adults who are severely mentally ill and dually diagnosed. I find joy in helping others navigate through the roller coaster ride, and detours that life sometimes throws at us.

Having mood swings and constantly being in conflict with others feel like you’re on an emotional roller coaster!
