Sara graduated with her Bachelor's degree in Art Therapy from Seton Hill University and continued her education, receiving her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hill University, as well.

Having mood swings and constantly being in conflict with others feel like you’re on an emotional roller coaster! Perhaps, you’ve been dealing with depression for a long time but didn’t quite know what it was. For some of my clients, before starting therapy, they were at war with depression, dealing with intrusive thoughts related to past trauma, or trying to tame anxiety attacks. It thrills me to celebrate my clients’ successes and break throughs!
