I primarily provide Telehealth services and limited face to face. I am a Licensed Clinical psychologist who completed clinical training at Duke University, Harvard Medical School's Victims of Violence Program and at the University of Massachusetts and UNC-Chapel Hill. I provide highly specialized treatments for traumatic stress (posttraumatic stress disorders), grief/loss, major depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I am trained in highly specialized, evidenced-based therapies that have scientific research supporting their efficacy. I have also worked extensively with veterans, students and physicians coping with burnout.

Nicholas Smith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance abuse, life transitions, and relationship issues. He gained 10 years of experience after graduating from New York University with a Master's in Social Work. Nicholas worked with mentally ill, criminally-involved individuals with an in-home treatment model designed to assist in recovery. He then transitioned to the emergency room at Bellevue Hospital where his team would work to assist those in crisis.

Christy demonstrates warmth and genuineness towards each individual that she serves and strives to create a non-judgmental space for clients to explore and unpack their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Christy appreciates the complexity and uniqueness of each individual and upholds the belief that each individual is the expert of their own thoughts, feelings, experiences, and problems. Christy enacts a humanistic and strengths-based approach to support individuals with overcoming barriers that come between them and the life they want to live.
