Theory based practice with heavy emphasis in cognitive-behavioral therapy, gestalt, strength based, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy and solution focused. Mixture of several theories are used to form an eclectic style. The client-therapist relationship is valued/used to promote growth in the change process. EMDR is also used.
