I am committed to helping individuals find the strength within themselves and to share that with those most important to them. Whether you are struggling with anxiety or depression, relationship difficulties, or life transitions, I always seek to assist you in finding the most effective way to help you achieve your goals and live a happier life. My orientation is interpersonal, psychodynamic and emotionally focused. I am very active in the therapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Trauma Specialist working with children, families, and adults. I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma by utilizing an integrative approach that includes Expressive Arts, Sand Tray, and Play Therapy.
I work from a strengths-based perspective allowing the individual to build upon their own inner strengths to guide resolution in managing hardships in life by using a holistic approach with empathy, trust, and understanding. I am also interested in working with LGBTQ issues among teenagers, adolescents, and adults.
