I provide telehealth counseling appointments to clients ages 14+ years old residing in Maine or Pennsylvania. I currently have limited afternoon availability. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ individuals, Empaths, clients with symptoms of ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and poor self-esteem. I utilize Mindfulness, Strength-Based, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. I provide telehealth sessions with individuals ages 14-64 years old living in Maine or Pennsylvania.
