Greetings, I'm Brandon Alfred, and through my own life's journey, I've come to realize no one should should handle life's challenges alone. We all encounter struggles that can feel daunting, and it's during these times that seeking support becomes truly meaningful. I work best with young adults struggling with relationship issues, anxiety, life transitions, and stress management. I look to help clients process their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, create a deeper awareness and understanding of themselves, and ultimately develop self-compassion, relief from symptoms, and positive change. I work collaboratively with clients to identify both positive and negative patterns or areas for potential growth in their lives, create goals for themselves and improve at their own pace.

I identify as a Latinx licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of indirect and direct clinical practice experience. My overall life experiences and professional muscle is not one dimensional or in other words - I have mastered an ability to connect and meet individuals, families, and communities exactly where they are in their struggles and life stories to support the internal muscle of change. I have also learned to adapt ethical standards, evidenced base interventions and core values to further enhance my professional skill set.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of repeated success guiding individuals of diverse backgrounds toward improved mental and emotional health. I didn't grow up in a community that encouraged attention to mental health but going through my own struggles helped me realize its importance. I treat adults, aged 20 and up, who are challenged with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, and trauma.
