Looking for new ways to grow your life? My practice is inspired by holistic and integrative therapies, and my years as a musician as much as by my training at Columbia University and the American Cognitive Behavior Institute. But it's your needs, not my interests that will determine the shape of our work together. I use both empirical techniques and creative conversation to tailor therapy to best help the people I see. What matters is you getting the help you need.
Nothing is too tough for us to talk about. I won't be quick to label or push medication. I'll be an active partner in the process, giving strong direction or a gentle nudge, building a space that's safe to tackle the challenges you're facing.
My practice is diverse but I have a particular passion for working with professional women and mothers (Certified in Maternal Mental Health from 20/20 Mom Project), young adults and teens. I am known for my dogged persistence--a commitment to doing whatever it takes to help you thrive.
