I help people work through what I think of as some of the fuzzy areas of their lives. Feeling down but still able to get out of bed so you're not sure if depression fits. Feeling constantly anxious or on edge. Maybe wanting to heal your relationship with food and your body but don't think you have a full blown eating disorder. Your problems matter and I want to help you find ways to live happier, more peaceful, and more content lives. I also specialize in trauma so I can help you talk through some of your live events to determine how they have affected you. You don't deserve to suffer and it can get better.
Virtual appointments for Oregon and Washington residents. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, self-compassion, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to help ease symptoms while gaining new skills. We can incorporate worksheets, reading, journaling, and other homework such as breathing and mindfulness exercises or we can just meet and talk.
