Stress, anxiety, sadness & depression can make our lives difficult & sometimes we need to talk about it. We may need to learn to talk & communicate more effectively to understand each other & relate. As individuals in a relationship or not, we have factors that can contribute & affect our lives that we may not realize. When we make changes to ourselves or changes happen in our lives, it not only affects you, but those around us. Identifying these factors can help bring clarity to you & your family. Changes and life transitions can be tough & can cause depression, anxiety and problems between people. Talking helps change.
Beginning therapy can be a very difficult decision. Thank you for making that step. I work with individuals and couples. It is something that I truly enjoy. I like working with clients through solution focused and other types of theories depending on the client and the issue that they are working with. I am currently accepting new clients.
I focus on communication, strength and community. Sharing our life stories and developing coping techniques can open doors that may have been closed to us. We cannot always "fix" these things on our own and need someone neutral to help see what is going on.
