I have over fifteen years experience and offer treatment/support for substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and mood disorders. These services are provided in individual therapy using treatment approaches including solution-focused, motivational interviewing, and CBT. Incorporation of stress management, holistic approaches, mindfulness, and gentle reprocessing performed in a non-judgmental, safe environment.
My practice focuses on learning to regulate emotions, reduce impulsive behavior and reactions, decrease negative self talk, and improve self esteem. I can assist in managing stress from life changes/transitions and help you to create and focus on a more positive and realistic view of yourself and your environment along the way.
