I am an experiential therapist, providing counseling for children, families, adults and couples. I specialize in anxiety, parenting, relationship issues, trauma, communication, and stress reduction. I have owned my private practice for several years in a comfortable private office in Littleton. I am very down to earth and believe in the power of short term strength based counseling to help you find peace in your life as quickly as possible. Choosing the right therapist can be a difficult decision and I look forward to answering any questions you may have.
I am accepting new clients Tuesday - Friday 9 - 6p. I accept clients who are Private Pay - $125 per session (for sliding scale options please contact us). I also accept the following insurance - Cigna and Evernorth, Medicare through Cigna, United Health and United Health Medicare, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Anthem/BCBS, Aetna.
We currently offer telehealth and in office appointments to all of our clients.
