In our work together, I will bring nurturance and support as we explore the underlying causes to what brings you distress. I will provide you with a safe, non-judgmental environment to explore freely.
I help adults, teenagers, and families understand and manage their depression and anxiety while developing a deep sense of self and compassion. My experience with adults and teenagers with significant trauma has helped me to understand that there is resilience in all of us. The approach that I take in therapy is designed to pull on those strengths.
My approach is also collaborative but it is you who is in the driver seat! I have had over 18 years of working with individuals/families and have learned that the power of therapy lies in the clients hands. I am honored to be apart of your journey and have experience with individuals/families to heal wounds caused by addiction, grief, loss, trauma, etc.
