I'm Tracey, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) serving children, adolescents, and adults in and around the Montclair area. If you’ve found your way here, you’re probably ready to ask for help. I work with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings using a holistic approach to treatment utilizing a mix of modalities including; Art Therapy, Mindfulness Based Approaches, Somatic Experiencing and EMDR.
I hold a Bachelors in Psychology as well as a dual Master's in Art Therapy & Clinical Psychology from Naropa University, a Buddhist-Inspired university which blends mindfulness and psychotherapy. I have completed SE Tranings; Beginning I, Beginning II, Intermediate I, Intermediate II, Intermediate III, Advanced I (February). EMDR Beginning I & II.
