My practice centers on creating a safe space to identify unresolved conflicts and work toward resolving them with compassion, curiosity, and sprinkles of humor along the way.
I am no stranger to this emotional rollercoaster of life. My experiences as a military spouse and difficulties in childhood fuel my desire to support others in navigating the stressors of this life. When I’m navigating these challenges, I typically recharge through hiking, skiing, climbing, video games, socializing with my loved ones, and getting outdoors.
