We may start with mindfulness & how to cope with the effects of trauma and depression so you can thrive.
I have moved through spirals of grief & big challenges. I've gotten to a place of inner joy & strength that carries me through the really difficult times. I integrate expressive arts & Spiritual practices from all over the world, i.e. guided meditations, sandplay, dreamwork, & grounded shadow work. I bring skills from my 25 years as a licensed therapist.

Grief Rituals
Many are experiencing multiple losses at this time. I offer a simple yet powerful ritual to help process grief. I can personalize the ritual to fit in with your religious beliefs and I find this helpful for people of all backgrounds, whether "spiritual", "religious" or not. This takes place online or in person depending on our comfort levels. In person rituals can take place anywhere in the US! I am located in San Pablo and there is no extra charge for work in the Bay Area. Rituals range from 1-4 hours. Prices listed are total cost per hour.
