Groups
Daughters of Emotionally Unavailable Mothers
This will be a support group for daughters who have been emotionally neglected growing up with a mother who is emotionally unavailable. We take insurance and if your insurance has group therapy coverage, we can check the benefits for you. Maximum is 4 participants per group to keep it small and personal. Classes will include learning about manipulation, gaslighting tactics, how to set boundaries and some introduction to different types of therapeutic modalities, such as therapeutic art, yoga for trauma, hypnotherapy, etc. Call our office and ask for Raquel for more details.
