Our therapeutic stance is grounded in the understanding that we are formed, harmed, heal, and grow in relationship. We focus on paying deep attention to processes, symptoms, and patterns in our bodies, minds, and lives that influence our experiences, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. We do this by creating a rich relational environment where you are free to fully show up with another human and explore your experiences, tend to your wounds, and impact the world.
Our Team
Are you feeling stuck? Perhaps you're grieving a loss, feeling hopeless, wrestling with the effects of traumatic experiences, frozen by anxiety, or boxed in by shame. If this resonates with you, please know that you are not alone. Unraveling your story in the context of a therapeutic relationship can often be the experience needed to move forward. Being met right where you are by a safe, curious, and experienced therapist can restore hope, cultivate insight, heal wounds, build positive momentum, and lead to lasting transformation.

Life can be messy, unpredictable, wonderful, and fragile. It can also be overwhelming, so I value opportunities to slow down and listen to our bodies, emotions, and needs. Therapy is a space where you can do that - and not do it alone. I primarily work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, identity issues, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions. My therapeutic approach has evolved to be influenced by relational, emotion-focused, person-centered, and attachment-based therapy, while remaining trauma-informed.

Life can happen unexpectedly at times. These moments are what challenge our morals, strength, thoughts, and voice. This can lead us to question how to move forward and process these moments. My hope is to help clients move through life by processing, healing, and finding the strength they may need to live a more open and healthy life. My therapeutic approach has evolved to be influenced by relational, emotion-focused, and attachment-based therapy. I aim to provide a safe environment filled with compassion and acceptance for you to find the path that feels best for you.

You may feel worn down from navigating anxiety, identity questions, grief, or repeating patterns in relationships. Maybe you’ve lost touch with who you are beneath expectations or past experiences. You want clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self and belonging. You’re ready for meaningful change and want a therapist who sees you, honors your lived experience, and helps you grow with honesty and compassion.

I am honored to create space for the mutual exploration of your unique story. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive environment to name what has been, what is, and what you hope will be. I believe in the power of relationships. People were created to be in relationship, receive our deepest wounds in relationship, and are healed in relationship. I am deeply committed to the transformative power of the therapeutic relationship, and seek to cultivate an environment that builds genuine, collaborative, and authentic connection.

I believe our lives are a series of short stories woven together by experiences; some joyful and divine, others painful and confusing. I provide a safe space for you to understand and create meaning of your experiences and emotions while affirming your inner strength, tenderness, and worth.

We all have a story, and our stories impact how we see the world, others, and
ourselves. Sometimes figuring out who we are and how we fit inside our stories can feel
daunting. Through the process of counseling, we can journey together into the painful,
joyful, and uncertain chapters of your story, examining how that story came to be and
working together to author the next chapter. I primarily work with individuals 16+ navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, breakups, people-pleasing, identity, and self-esteem issues. I am particularly passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering environment for women.

Do you constantly feel like you are never doing enough, no matter how hard you try? When you grow up with childhood abuse or neglect, you quickly learn to survive by over-performing and prioritizing everyone else's needs above your own. Today, that old survival strategy is likely leaving you completely exhausted, burnt out, and running on empty. You carry a deep, quiet weight that tells you that you are not enough, fundamentally flawed, or unsafe just as you are.
