I love working with clients who are curious about themselves. Anxiety, depression, perfectionism, spirituality, relationship issues and self acceptance are some of the areas I work in. I see adolescents through adulthood. Life has many transitions, twists and turns. I enjoying being part of the process as clients begin to connect pieces of life and reframe the negative narratives they once believed into empowerment and strength.
I am certified in EMDR, I am a sex informed therapist, I have training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, certified couples therapist and mindfulness. I also provide supervision for Master's level and practicum students.
My job is to work myself out of a job. I can help you learn skills to make changes in your thinking and behavior. I truly believe you are the expert on you, and I have the knowledge to assist you in learning ways to navigate through the ups and downs of life that work best for you.
