About
Thanks for taking the time to check out my profile! I work with a variety of clients, including those experiencing anxiety or depression, trauma, worry, relationship challenges, and blended family challenges, to name a few. I collaborate with clients to meet their essential, immediate goals, and work to promote long-term wellness by identifying a person's innate strengths and resourcefulness. You know yourself best - I am here to listen, learn, and help.
In addition to my counseling experience, I have extensive experience in the "corporate world" and enjoy working with people seeking change or guidance in their career/educational path, or seeking a better work-life balance. We work a lot! I'd like to help make it more fulfilling.
I also work well with matters concerning masculinity and the "male" perspective in general, as well as men seeking to better understand or support their partners. That said, I use the term "male" loosely and welcome clients of any orientation/identity.
