Many of us want something to change in our life. Maybe a habit or pattern where we get stuck, a difficult relationship we wish could be easy again, or a long-lasting confusion about life and how to move through it. Maybe the conflict or avoidance between you and your spouse is old news, and you both wish it could be satisfying again. I love helping couples come to a new sense of connection with each other, whether they have been together 10 weeks or 10 years.

I counsel adults and couples who want to learn how to change. This includes working through past trauma, family dynamics, career/work issues, and emotional patterns. I address a broad range of issues with AEDP and EMDR. I want to facilitate long-lasting change through connection, insight, and emotional freedom.
I love to help people learn to change. This takes place in a safe relationship that we will build together, where we can bring a new light to any part of your life.
