You’ve been carrying this weight for too long. Maybe it’s the memory you can’t shake, the panic that blindsides you, the shame that sticks no matter how much you try to outthink it. I’m a LCSW/LMSW, trained in EMDR and have extensive experience with DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing. EMDR is a powerful, research-backed way of helping your brain reprocess and release the impact of trauma so it stops dictating how you think, feel, and respond and will be the main focus of my work moving forward with new clients.
In our work together, we’ll build safety first, then target the experiences that need healing, and reprocess them so they lose their grip on your present. You don’t have to keep living inside the same story—you can create something new.
