Someone with the wrong prescription of glasses will inevitably trip and fall, regardless of how good or bad their vision is, and regardless of how many coffee tables they’ve kicked. I aspire to help clients in finding their exact lens, both providing clarity and decreasing undesirable symptoms–even if that’s only coffee table bruises.
I'm currently only taking Minnesota clients. Although it might seem counterintuitive, having your counseling at your fingertips with someone that doesn't live near you guarantees PURE confidentiality both during and even after the therapeutic relationship ends. You can REALLY tell me everything.
I have 28 years of dance training and experience. I incorporate this understanding of the mind body connection into my therapeutic approach, paying particular attention to Psychoanalytic symbols and emotional expression. I'm additionally certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and identify with the LGBTQ and neurodivergence community.
