You may be wrestling with unresolved past traumas, perhaps without even realizing that much of your frustration, anxiety, depression, and current challenges are deeply connected to those experiences. It can be overwhelming to change your life when you're dealing with these intense emotions while trying to identify the why behind it. Have there been some past events in your life that have fundamentally changed you as a person? I would love to work with you and address some of the darker emotions and traumas that you have been carrying.
Together, we'll address the narratives that have formed from childhood, family, and experiences, and cultural experiences. We will address the underlying emotions behind them. We can look at the behaviors and address what coping mechanisms they are for and attempt to change those cognitive behaviors and the perspectives.
Collectively, we can address the pain and emotions of your past, identify cycles, and give attention to hurt to work towards wholeness. It may be a scary process to start, I want to journey with you to provide insight, encouragement, and healing. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
