You may feel like your brain works differently than the world expects it to. Many people with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence grow up feeling misunderstood or like they simply need to try harder. Together, we'll address the narratives that have formed from childhood, family, and culture. In therapy, we can work together to better understand how your mind works, build strategies that actually fit your brain, and create more self-compassion and balance in your daily life.
We will address the underlying emotions behind them. We can look at the behaviors and address what coping mechanisms they are for and attempt to change those cognitive behaviors and the perspectives. I focus on a holistic therapy that looks at your whole life and finds joy in your strengths and support in your weaknesses.
Collectively, we can address the pain and emotions of your past, identify cycles, and give attention to hurt. It may be a scary process to start, I want to journey with you to provide insight, encouragement, and healing. I look forward to meeting with you soon.
