My approach is client centered, weaving together elements from various modalities such as Internal Family Systems/Parts Work (holding different parts of yourself, even when they conflict) and somatic awareness. We can also use EMDR for healing trauma. My approach is gentle, warm, and affirming.
I hold my Masters in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in LGBTQ+ Affirmative psychology. As a neurodivergent, queer and non-binary therapist, I understand both the unique complexities and the collective traumas that these specific populations face. I enjoy working with neurodivergent adults, couples, and those who are exploring kink or non-monogamy.
