I believe in people and their ability to make changes in their lives that best serve them, no matter what stage of life they are in. It is an absolute privilege to join clients as they unpack the complex, inner workings of their lives, feelings and beliefs by providing a warm, non-judgmental, genuine and flexible space to do so. My aim is to collaboratively help clients identify and understand patterns in which they feel stuck, find relief from narratives that are no longer serving them, and learn how to move towards a value-driven life feeling empowered.
With a client centered, strengths-based approach, I utilize cognitive behavioral, solution focused and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy to support and connect with every unique individual. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults seeking help with life transitions, relationship issues, identity, depression and anxiety.
