I am a bilingual (English/Chinese) therapist with years of psychotherapy experience at both community-based clinics and major hospitals, and well-trained in CBT/DBT/ERP.
I primarily work with teen/adolescents, and young to mid-aged adults; special focus on immigrants and LGBT+ folks from diverse cultural backgrounds. My specialties inc. depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship issues, sexuality/(gender-)identity, life transitions, trauma and crisis, acculturation stress, family planning.
