Life comes with many challenges and obstacles that may seem impossible to overcome. We all have an innate need to succeed and prove ourselves as worthy and deserving of good. There may be times when we feel overwhelmed, self-conscious, or inadequate and we don't want to be a burden to others, so we don't ask for help. It's at these times when we need that support most. The truth is, we all face these challenges and with some self-reflection, mental energy, and focus, we can overcome those barriers and develop skills to help ourselves that become second nature.

I believe a counselor should support their clients while they explore their personal strengths, challenges, and skills. My experience as a therapist, substance use counselor, and trauma professional has allowed me to develop skills that I use to guide my clients through their personal exploration of strengths, challenges, and skills. I am here to help.

Just like you, I have had my struggles in life. I have been challenged by what seemed to be impossible to overcome but I did it. I'm not an expert of your life but I can relate to the feelings and thoughts you may be having. I've been there before. I dedicate my work to helping others find happiness and comfort in their lives.
