I work with adults and adolescents of all ages to overcome challenges related to relationship & family conflict, stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I believe the foundation of effective therapy is rooted in compassionate listening, honest and open communication, and respect for one another. My therapeutic approach is psychodynamic, holistic, and person-centered. I incorporate mind-body connection and mindfulness skills, alongside other evidence-based methods. The most important part of the therapy process is to work with you to shape our work together to your unique needs.
My clinical interests include concerns related to sex and sexuality, LGBTQIA2S+ identity, intimacy, intergenerational trauma, family conflict, and relationships. I use a relational, non-judgmental approach and value your strengths and resilience.
