Is your relationship hurting after infidelity, growing distance, or ongoing communication breakdowns? When trust is shaken or intimacy feels out of reach, it can leave both partners feeling alone, overwhelmed, and unsure how to move forward. Healing is possible. I provide a safe, affirming space where both stories matter. Together, we work to untangle painful cycles, rebuild trust after betrayal, strengthen communication, and restore emotional and physical closeness.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Arizona and Idaho. I have completed level 3 practicum training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and offer intensives for couples. I use the Gottman Method and Emotional Focus Therapy to help couples in their therapy work. I help couples with consensual nonmonogamy.
