My primary focus is addiction, however I also specialize in areas commonly experienced by those suffering from addiction, including depression and anxiety. I utilize evidence-based practices like CBT and DBT as well as mindfulness techniques. Getting to know each client personally guides the therapeutic process on the most individualized level.
I have found that through building a therapeutic relationship with a client, there are always opportunities to relate on some level. This can often help you feel less alone and more understood. This can be monumental in helping begin or progress the process of change, and I will be right there alongside you through that process.
