I utilizing CBT, motivational interviewing, psychoanalysis, and mindfulness-based treatment modalities to name a few. No matter what, my aim is to meet you where you are. I work well with many different kinds of people and have worked with people of many different cultures and abilities/disabilities.
Although it is not a requirement, spirituality/spiritual practice can be incorporated into our sessions. I am open to suggestion, if needed, and if requested, can provide guidance, especially regarding regular practice. Belief is not a requirement, and yet that too is something I am comfortable helping you process.
